Minimum Educational Qualification Others Job Description: He must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a of the Desalination plant of MSF technology, including sea water system, DM water plant, verticals pumps ( BBD/BRP,SEA WATER pumps). Should-have-capability of effectively plan,. Monitor overhauls/Annual schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the Desalination plants. Should have experience in troubleshooting of the equipment malfunctions and finalize short term/ long-term corrective actions. Knowledge of Corrosion technology, including selection of material for different application will have added advantage. Should have adequate writing/communication skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents etc. He shall be responsible for preparation of maintenance budget, control and its effective utilization of it. Suitable candidate must have a good knowledge of standards and practices applicable to Desalination plant equipments. Should have experience in spare parts planning, purchase, inspection activities, computerized Maintenance management system , Safety, OHSAS and ISO standards. Apply for this Job
