Experience
:
Manager: Minimum
8-12 yrs. experience in maintenance of electrical
equipment in an electrical power plant / industry
for a graduate and 7 years for a post graduate,
of which at least 5 years should be in a similar
responsible position.
Dy.Manager:
Minimum 8-10 yrs. experience of which at least 3
years should be in a similar capacity in an electrical
power plant / industry. Shall be responsible for
proactive & reliability centered maintenance
of electrical equipment and systems installed in
a modern GT/ST power and desalination plant. Should
be able to plan & schedule all maint. activities
with effective inventory management, prepare &
control budgetary provisions. Good co-ordinating,
organising, planning & communication skills
are required. Should have in depth knowledge of
all electrical equipment of a power plant, sequence
controls & protections and exposure to Quality,
Safety & Environment Management Systems, Root
Cause Analysis & computer-aided maintenance
techniques.

reliability-centered maintenance of equipments like
Generators, Transformers, HV & LV motors and
Switchgears. Good co-ordinating and communication
skills are required. Shall be able to develop and
impart necessary training to subordinates. A very
good computer cognisance is preferred.

having hands on experience in maintenance of A/C

Water Coolers etc. Shall be able to ensure safety
of subordinates, coordinate & supervise maintenance
contractor's work.. Knowledge of control system,
BMS & computers is essential.

small power equip. , LV motors & switchgear
etc. Knowledge of safe work procedures is required
for both posts.

Years experience in diagnostic check, troubleshooting
and maintenance of Power Plant Information &
Remote Operation Computer Systems. Thorough knowledge
in computer hardware and peripherals. Able to work
with multiple operating systems, DCS Network System.
Self motivated, able to work on self supervision.
Experience preferred in Siemens SICOMP IS/OS Systems.
TXP, TOSMAP, ABB's PMS/POS Systems and Mitsubishi's
SPMC System. Knowledge on Computerized Maintenance
(Maximo) / Data Management system is an advantage.
Responsible to ensure round the clock availability
of Plant information and Remote Operation Systems,
availability of essential spares in stock, Prompt
action to procure the unavailable spare.

To assist Sr. Manager / Manager Commissioning in
all the activities which require supervision, coordination
and follow up. Review and comment on all I&C
construction documents and drawings. Co-ordinate
the day to day activity related to I&C plant
equipment commissioning. Monitor and report any
I&C defect / deficiency in the plant or any
deviation from the contractually specified scope.
Prepare weekly, quarterly and annual report of I&C
activities in the plant. Carryout other activities
in connection with project progress and plant commissioning.
Co-ordinate the I&C commissioning activities
related to the new plant/equipment. Knowledge of
operation / commissioning related to thermal Power
Plant with Steam and Gas Turbine and Desalination
Units.

plant equipment commissioning. Attend site Mechanical
commissioning / erection and other technical meetings.
Follow-up Mechanical test on completion of the plant.
Monitor and report any Mechanical defect / deficiency

QUALIFICATIONS: High School

At
least one year or 6 months Training in confidential
level and tactical structural fire fighting including
courses on Manual of Fireman ship and security services
from recognized Institution. Proficiency in reading,
writing and spoken English. Age below 30 years.
Minimum 5 years experience in Civil Defence, Fire
Service or Industrial Fire Brigade.Should have thorough
knowledge on use of all types of fire fighting equipment,
safe fire fighting operations and maintenance of
fire extinguishers, usage of breathing apparatus
and ladder. Must identify defects in the equipment.
Must have knowledge and experience in Rescue, salvage
operations and in the use of Personal Protective
Equipment at Industrial Establishment Must have
knowledge safe methods on usage of ladders for fire
fighting. Must have knowledge in Security duties
at any Industrial organization. Must be willing
to work in shifts and attend all emergencies .
