Supervise the activities of Operation personnel in assigned area. Perform supervisory duties and exercise financial authority. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet abnormal or emergency situations and instruct shift foremen to operate accordingly. Analyze and resolve work problems, highlight and evaluate operational problems and recommend measures to improve operations. Study and evaluate outages report on a daily basis and recommend measures to reduce outages to a minimum. Observe Electrical safety in maintenance such as effective grounding, tags on equipment and issuing of work orders. Primary Distributino 33 up to 69 KV Secondary Distribution up to 13.8 KV Develop preventive maintenance program for Network Substations, Under Ground Cables, and Overhead lines as per standards. Develop emergency maintenance for Network Substations, under Ground Cables and Overhead line as per standards. Design and implement Protective Systems, taking cost effectiveness into design consideration. Design the most optimum protection avoiding over protection. Trouble shoots any protection problem. Primary Distribution 33 up to 69 KV Design protection schemes for all feeders Design protective schemes for grid station transformers. Secondary Distribution up to 13.8 KV Design protective schemes for new feeders due to system improvement as required by the area Design protective schemes for major load customers as required by the area. Participate in specialized engineering studies when needed University Degree in related engineering field with 7 years of experience or Master Degree in related engineering field with 5 years of experience Excellent analytical and evaluation skills Excellent capability to understand regulatory matters. Very good spoken and written English language. Very good PC Skills in related softwares Apply for this Job |
