Primary Distribution Up to 69 KV Secondary Distribution up to 13.8 KV Ensure the preparation of the project from proposal to commissioning the facility and post completion analysis for either a single/large and /or numerous related projects. Ensure preparation of bid documents selection of qualified bidders, evaluation of the proposals, and recommendation for award for all contracts/material/ equipment suppliers required to complete assigned projects. Ensure all contracts are in accordance with Company contracting procedures. Ensure to coordinate with contractors to improve existing facilities or construct new facilities. The construction of the projects should be in accordance with the Plan & Design; company approved budget, scope, specifications and schedule. Ensure to provide cost engineering expertise to Project Management Teams and other proponents as necessary and prepare cost estimates for the budget, contracts, amendments, change orders, etc., in coordination with the project proponents of various organization. Ensure to initiate various planning and scheduling activities at different phases for assigned projects. Apply CPM Network schedule using computer. Monitor the implementation of the approved Company standards and practices. Ensure to incorporate planning and scheduling part of work execution plan. Including monitoring of project schedule overruns and job slippages. Initiate slippage recovery plan and recommend to management for approval. Participate in specialized engineering studies when needed. University Degree in related engineering field with 7 years of experience OR Master Degree in related engineering filed with 5 years of experience. Excellent analytical and evaluation skills Excellent capability to understand regulatory matter. Very good spoken and written English language.
