Minimum Education and Experience Requirement
University Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering field With Ten (10) years of related experience OR
Master Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering with Eight (7) Years of related experience.
Skills
Excellent knowledge of power plant Instrumentation & Control system including micro processor based distributed control system.
Good computer skills.
Good knowledge of related engineering software.
Good standard of spoken & written English language.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job holder is responsible for performing area wide engineering functions for Instrumentation & Control Equipment & devices including micro processor based systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC) and providing technical support and engineering expertise to power plants in the region.
Asses control systems for Turbines, Generators, & other Balance of plant equipment, recommend modification and upgrading.
Develop scope of works and evaluate technically submittals.
Analyze control system / equipment faults & upsets, investigate and recommend solutions.
