| Minimum Education and Experience Requirement • University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Seven (7) years of related field experience OR • Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Five (5) years of related field experience. Skills: • Good knowledge of maintenance of gas turbine generating units and associated auxiliaries. • Good computer skills. • Good knowledge of related engineering software. • Good standard of spoken & written English language. Duties & Responsibilities • Job holder is responsible for performing area wide mechanical engineering functions for Gas Turbines and providing technical support and engineering expertise to power plants in the region. • Organize metallurgical evaluation and testing of gas turbine components. • Prepare scope of works and evaluate technically submittals. • Analyze Gas Turbine faults & upsets, investigate and recommend solutions.
