| Minimum Education and Experience Requirement Higher Secondary School Certificate (12 Years) with Technical Diploma plus 10 years related field experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5 years related field experience. Duties & Responsibilities Senior Power Operator will be required to operate and direct the operation of a 400-600MW power generating unit through DCS based consoles in line with company’s Standard Operating Procedures. Core duties include monitoring the operation of a power generating unit to ensure reliable and efficient power generation, performing the unit startups and shutdowns per assigned targets, trouble shooting, effective response to emergency conditions, and compliance to safety procedures.
