| Minimum Education and Experience Requirement Higher Secondary School Certificate (12 Years) with Technical Diploma plus 13 years related field experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 7 years related field experience. Duties & Responsibilities The Foreman will be responsible for the shift-based supervision and direction of operators involved in the monitoring, controlling and operation of the equipments associated with two (2) power generating units each having capacity of 400-600MW. Core duties involve overseeing of efficient and reliable power generation, providing technical guidance in diagnosing and trouble shooting plant problems , field inspections to ensure compliance to company’s safety regulations, and provides leadership in first-line containment response during emergency situation . The position requires implementing CWPS (computerized work permit system) including field isolation and tagging of equipment to facilitate maintenance. Apply for this Job |
