Minimum 10 years experience in the engineering domain, with at least 4 years in coordinating and leading engineering groups. Good report writing, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Arabic an advantage. Working knowledge of MS Office software required. Knowledge of MS Project and GIS systems would be an advantage Job Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the improvement and application of engineering specifications, standards, regulations and standard designs across the company. Manage the provision of engineering expertise to other branches of the company. Oversee the drafting and updating of agreements between ADDC, TRANSCO and developers.
