Engineering Specialist(Civil):

Required Skills:
• B. S. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Twenty (20) years experience in power utility company or with consultants involved in power utility projects.
• Candidate shall have worked mainly in the design and construction of high voltage and extra high voltage overhead transmission lines, with emphasis in the design of tower (latticed steel monopole, wood monopole, etc.) foundations, sag and tension, tower spotting, overhead transmission line materials evaluation, route selection and geotechnical sail investigation.
• Well versed in the preparation of scope of work/Technical specifications (SOW/TS) for lump sum turnkey (LSTK) HV/EHV projects/contracts and have knowledge in the preparation of tender documents.
• Capable of handling design review and evaluation of project technical proposals, detailed designs and calculations submitted by consultants/contractors for HV/EHV projects/contracts.
• Through knowledge in international standards (IEC, ANSI/IEEE, DIN, ACE, ASTM, UBD, ASCE, etc.), international construction methods and practices, testing and procedures are essential.
• Must be computer literate and ability to use civil design engineering software such as STAAD, PLS CAD, PLS Tower, caisson and Sag10w.

Senior Engineer(Civil):

Required Skills:
• B. S. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Eleven (11) years experience in power utility company or with consultants involved in power utility projects.
• Candidate shall have worked mainly in the design and construction of high voltage and extra high voltage overhead transmission lines, with emphasis in the design of tower (latticed steel monopole, wood monopole, etc.) foundations, sag and tension, tower spotting, overhead transmission line materials evaluation, route selection and geotechnical sail investigation.

Engineer- III(Electrical):

Required Skills:
• B. S. Degree in Engineering (All Disciplines).
• Minimum five (5) years experience related to engineering and design in the electrical public utility industry particularly substation projects.
• Must have experience in developing and interpreting transmission projects drawing and engineering design of transmission projects (substations & Transmission lines).
• Must be experienced in work involving electrical single diagram, Various Substation equipment specifications, relaying and metering one-line diagram.
• Experienced in preparation of bid package and proforma contract for transmission turnkey contracts.
• Experienced in preparation of scope or work and technical specifications of substation projects.
• Excellent in both oral and written communication skills in English Language.
• Well versed in operation of MS Windows and MS office.

Project Engineer-I(Electrical):

• Extensive experience in construction management and execution of extra high voltage substation projects from engineering and design stage all the way to testing and commissioning and project close out activities.
• Thorough knowledge in international standards (IEC, ANSI/IEEE, DIN, ACI, ASTM, AISC, UBC, ASCE, etc.) international construction methods and practices, testing and procedures are essential.
• Knowledgeable in operation of personal computer using updated software/application.
• Excellent command in both oral and written English language.
