Senior Engineer Contract:

Required Skills:
• Between 30 and 45 years
• B.S. Degree in any of engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Total Experience : 11 Years
• Minimum eleven (11) years experience in power utility company or with consultants involve in power utility projects involving development of bid documents and contract procurement of extra high voltage substation projects.
• Well versed in preparation of tender documents and identifies the technical specifications of a corporate contact and ensures that contract terms conform to business requirements.
• Administration of the tendering process including preparation and issuance of communication documentation with bidders, organization of job explanation meeting, organization of correspondence and filling, etc.
• Coordinate with the relevant engineer in charge on technical issues to ensure that technical requirements are incorporated into the tendering process.
• Evaluation of contractual proposals and assisting in evaluation of technical and commercial proposals where applicable (including the preparation and/or review of the minutes of meetings).
• Assist in the preparation of the technical recommendation report and contract award recommendation.
• Assisting in the preparation of final contract documents and obtains signatures for execution of the contract.
• Perform other tasks related to contract development and procurement that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
• Knowledgeable in operation of personal computer using updated software/application.
• Excellent command in both oral and written English language.

Engineering Specialist Electrical

Required Skills:
• Between 40 and 45 years
• B.S. Degree in any of engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Total Experience : 20 Years
• B. S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum twenty (20) years experience in power utility company or with consultants involve in power utility projects.
• Candidate shall have worked in the last fifteen (15) years mainly in the design of HV electrical systems with experience in transformer substation design, HV cable design, GIS and outdoor substation equipment applications.
• Well versed in preparation of tender documents including scope of work and technical specifications (SOW/TS) for lump sum turnkey (LSTK) HV/EHV projects/ contracts.
• Capable of handling design review and evaluation of project technical proposals, detailed designs and calculations submitted by consultants/contractors for HV/EHV projects/contracts.
• Thorough knowledge in international standards (IEC, ANSI/IEEE, DIN, ACI, ASTM, AISC, UBC, ASCE, etc.) international construction methods and practices, testing and procedures are essential.
• Must be computer literate and ability to use electrical design engineering software will be considered as an additional qualification

Senior Engineer Civil / Structural:

Required Skills:
• Between 30 and 45 years
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• Total Experience : 11 Years
• Minimum eleven (11) years experience in power utility company or with consultants involve in power utility projects.
• Candidate shall have worked mainly in the design of EHV electrical systems with experience in both substation and overhead transmission line projects including foundation design of various types of transmission line structures (latticed steel, steel monopoles, wooden poles, etc.), transformer substation foundation design, GIS, control building among other outdoor substation equipment support and associated foundation.
• Well versed in preparation of tender documents including scope of work and technical specifications (SOW/TS) for lump sum turnkey (LSTK) HV/EHV projects/ contracts.
• Capable of handling design review and evaluation of project technical proposals, detailed designs and calculations submitted by consultants/contractors for HV/EHV projects/contracts.
• Thorough knowledge in international standards, international construction methods and practices, testing and procedures are essential.
• Must be computer literate and ability to use civil/structural design engineering software will be considered as an addition qualification.

Senior Engineer Mechanical:

Required Skills:
• Between 30 and 45 years
• B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• B. S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidate shall have worked mainly in the design of HVAC and associated LV AC/DC auxiliary supply system involving substation; fire protection system; plumbing and associated piping systems.
• Well versed in preparation of standards/specification; quality assurance and quality control involving S/S projects associated with electrometrical works.
• Capable of handling design review and evaluation of project technical proposals, detailed designs and calculations submitted by consultants/contractors for HV/EHV projects/contracts.
• Thorough knowledge in international standards, international construction methods and practices, testing and procedures are essential.
• Abreast with the latest product standards.
• Must be computer literate and ability to use mechanical engineering design software will be considered as and additional qualification.
• Excellent in both oral and written English language.
• Possession of valid SAG driving license.
