Planning Engineer:

Required Skills:
• Age: Between 30 and 40 years
• Qualification : University Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Total Experience : 10 Years
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Industries.
• Minimum of 5 Years experience with EPC / Construction contractor.
• Minimum of 3 Years experience in Middle East.
• Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience for this position.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Good Communication skills.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and housekeeping
• Experience in using software package Primavera Version 3.1. Experience in preparation of Level-3, Level-4 and Level-5 schedules. Updating schedule, manpower histogram, S-Curves and other planning registers.
• Knowledge in mechanical installations such vessels, columns, compressors and special equipment packages, piping, civil works, instrumentation, telecom, electrical and loss prevention.
• Preparation daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports. Maintaining record of resources used against activities & Quantities and checking labor productivity actual Vs target.
• Attending internal and client meetings and preparing minutes. Identify potential issues which have impact on progress and inform Construction Manager and concerned on regular basis.
• Liaise with Construction Manager, Quantity Surveyor and other staff.

Foreman - Civil

Required Skills:
• Between 28 and 35 years
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Total Experience : 10 Years
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Industries.
• Minimum of 5 Years experience with EPC / Construction contractor.
• Minimum of 3 Years experience in Middle East.
• Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience for this position.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and housekeeping
• Experience in excavation, formworks, rebar works, concrete works, block works, rendering works, painting works, water proofing and other civil and finishing works.
• Capable in reading of AFC drawings, loading the daily work to workers, getting necessary resources and guiding the workers.
• Knowledge of construction standards. Understanding Permit to Work System.
• Managing given work and getting productivity as per targets.
• Awareness of Quality and safety. Giving presentation in tool box meetings on safe working practices.

Land Surveyor:

Required Skills:

• Total Experience : 10 Years

• Knowledge in concrete structures & foundations, steel structure, roads and excavation works, building finishing works, concrete protection, roof water proofing, painting and blast resistance buildings.
