Required Skills:
• Between 30 and 40 years
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Total Experience : 12 Years
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Industries.
• Minimum of 5 Years experience with EPC / Construction contractor.
• Minimum of 3 Years experience in Middle East.
• Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience for this position.

• Review of AFC drawings for constructability, planning and giving daily work to Foremen, allocating resources and guiding foremen. Monitoring the works to meet the specifications, scope of works, schedule and targets. Liaise with Quality dept. for inspections.
• Managing given work, controlling 2 to 3 foremen along with their workers and getting productivity as per targets.
• Maintaining the daily working records and productivity of workers. Identifying the workers with good track record.
• Awareness of Quality and safety. Giving presentation in tool box meetings on safe working practices.
