Incumbent should have Bachelors degree in any discipline preferably with MBA, (HR) or PGDHR with 5/10 years experience with a reputed recruitment consultancy firm dealing with major clients in the Gulf countries. Must have good administrative capabilities in all functional areas of recruitment consultancy which includes independent correspondence, advertising, conducting interviews, screening, short-listing of potential candidates and recommending them to the client organizations with a high degree of success rate and professionalism. Computer literate.
