The candidate will be the Functional Consultant with responsibility to manage and implement the Oracle CRM module. The person would have thorough understanding of the client's business requirements and the ability to map them to the Oracle CRM module functionality. The ideal incumbent would have the following profile:

• At least one full implementation cycle experience of the Oracle CRM solution.
• Ability to review and to document the client's business processes.
• Understanding of software development and solution customization to business needs.
• Good written and spoken communication skills along with a strong process orientation.

The candidate will be the Technical Consultant with responsibility of implementing the Oracle CRM solution and its integration with enterprise applications. The ideal incumbent would have the following profile:

• At least on full implementation cycle experience of the Oracle CRM solution.
• Sound experience in creating program specification for development, preparing scripts, reports.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL form 6.1 and J-Developer.
• Prior experience on Java Technologies viz. servlets, EJB and JSP is also required for the position.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position with excellent command over the English language both written and spoken. The candidate is also required to have the ability to write clearly, concisely and accurately, while translating technical information into simple to understand English. Prior experience is required in the design, development and implementation of user and training manuals, proposal writings, internal and external public writing, RFP templates, product information and brochures. The candidate will be proficient in all aspects of word processing, desktop publishing and graphic editing.
