JOB DESCRIPTION :
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Higher
8- 10 years of experience in operations of Power generation stations with combine cycle, Gas or Back Pressure Steam Turbines. Power utility experience will be preferred. The job requires excellent knowledge of Power flow in the network, system reliability / stability with reference to voltage and frequency. In depth knowledge about operating modes of generating units, AGC & Load forecasting is a must. Job portfolio also covers the preparation of shutdown/synchronization plans of generating units & reports related to unit commitments and others. The person will be expected to coordinate with all the concerned departments/stations to ensure the desired levels of generation reserves at all time. The skill set must include excellent verbal, technical report writing skills with a high level of Computer literacy especially in MS Office and other related software.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

12- 15 years Experience in Power Utility. Should have excellent knowledge of Operations involved in 400/132kV Substations and in Generating Stations, commissioning activities of 400/132 kV equipments, coordinating with various power stations for preparing shutdown/synchronization plan of generating units, mode of operations of generating units including AGC operation. Good knowledge in EMS application, should have experience in preparing transmission operation related daily report, system abnormal report, ISO procedures, knowledge of safety rules, excellent verbal, technical report writing and managerial skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 6-8 Years Experience in Power Utility. Shall have excellent knowledge of EHV Transmission protection up to 400kV. The job role is to study & review protection setting calculations for new projects. Responsibilities include performing system fault studies. Candidates shall have experience in Protection setting software PSSE, CAPE or equivalent.

   
Power System Analyst MM2 Ref TOD/105/07
 

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Degree Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.

5 years or more experience in Power system studies field Management experience. Maintain & improve Steady State and Dynamic PSS/E model for different purposes of studies, and carryout the specialized studies. Shall prepare, maintain & update Steady State PSS/E Operation Model for current year and upcoming years. Maintain & update Dynamic PSS/E Operation Model for current year and upcoming years. Carry out system stability studies and reports accordingly.


   
EMS Engineer Grade MM2 Ref TOD/104/07
 

JOB DESCRIPTION :
5 years or more experience in EMS & Power system studies field
Management experience. Shall review the equipment/circuit parameter provided by the contractor. Supervise the installation of the EMS, and keep the EMS applications usable. Conduct daily review on the accuracy and functionality of the EMS application, and carryout necessary tuning and rectification. Conduct training on all EMS applications for new engineer, and also refreshing trainings to the users on regular basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
8-10 years experience in Power Utility. Shall have excellent knowledge of Operations involved in 400/132kV Substations and in Generating Stations, in scheduling and coordinating shutdown activities, preparing shutdown /contingency plan, commissioning activities of 400/132 kV equipments. Shall have experience in Power Flow/Short Circuit Simulation System Studies, interconnection issues.

   
Senior Engineer Distribution Protection (MM3) Ref D(O&M)/ 195/0
 

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Shall have minimum of 10 years experience in relevant field. Shall have extensive experience and knowledge on maintenance and commissioning of all types of protection and metering equipments in 33/11/6.6KV distribution network. Shall be able to write the investigation report on fault finding. Shall have experience in FAT and International standards.

   
Senior Engineer Distribution DC System (MM3) Ref D(O&M)/194 /07
 

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Shall have minimum of 10 years experience in relevant field. Shall be capable of supervising all works related to routine maintenance of Different types of Batteries, Battery chargers and UPS systems. Shall have experience in supervision of DC system commissioning work and trouble shooting of DC system. Shall be able to write investigation report on fault finding. Shall have experience in FAT and international standards. Shall have experience in DC project related activities. Organize Yearly monthly and daily schedule for maintenance and emergency work.

   
Senior Engineer Distribution Reporting (MM3) Ref D(O&M)/193/07
 

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Minimum 10 years experience in Operation, Protection, Maintenance, and Reporting activities related to Distribution Power System. Responsible to identify, investigate and report all kind of network deficiencies and major occurrences. And proposed appropriate recommendations accordingly. Experience in dealing with Distribution network reliability indices. Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of distribution network indices and relevant KPIs criteria’s and parameters. Responsible to review and develop the operation, protection and maintenance practices and procedures for optimum reliability and availability of the system. Conversant with safety rules in Electrical utility. Excellent English & computer skills.
