Shall have experience on inspection of protection and metering equipment at site and factory. Shall have experience on using computerized testing equipments and to carry out testing of all type of relays used in 400/132kV system.

Shall have experience in preparing maintenance schedule, preparation of tender documents and evaluation of the fault recorders and protection equipment. Shall be able to read and write protection/fault recorder system scheme and drawings and prepare comments. Inspection of fault recorders and protection equipment at site and factory. Shall be able to supervise the installation and commissioning activities at site of fault recorders and all type of relays in 400/132 kV systems. Shall be able to attend tripping and carryout troubleshooting. Shall be able to analyze the fault recorder data.

Minimum 12 years of experience and through knowledge in design, plan, construction and maintenance of 400/132KV overhead Lines (OHL). Thorough knowledge on tools, instruments & techniques for line monitoring, testing, fault rectification in line & live line washing system. Proficiency in related IECs & other international standards, safety aspects, preparation of technical report/correspondences, technical specification, etc. Attend emergencies on OHL faults . breakdown, etc.
