Should have excellent knowledge of Operations involved in 400/132kV Substations and in Generating Stations, commissioning activities of 400/132 kV equipments by SCADA, should have knowledge of economy operation of generating units, mode of operations of generating units including AGC operation. 8-10 years or more experience in EMS & Power system studies field
Management experience.
Responsible for the Energy Management System requirements for administration, maintenance, and usage of the software, and databases. The work includes but not limited to the following:

Review the equipment/circuit parameter provided by the contractor.
Supervise the installation of the EMS, and keep the EMS applications usable.
Conduct daily review on the accuracy and functionality of the EMS application, and carryout necessary tuning and rectification.
Provide support and troubleshoot for any problem faced by the users.
Conduct training on all EMS applications for new engineer, and also refreshing trainings to the users on regular basis.
Write all required reports for the EMS, which requested by the superiors.
To handle / maintain EMS contractual related issues.
Involved in other activates such as: preparing documents & ISO procedures.
Perform all other duties assigned by superiors
