• Create and present complex GIS technical strategies to all levels of customer organizations
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for the development and implementation of customer applications
• Provide guidance and direction to development teams in support of designing, modeling, and prototyping multi-tiered system architectures
• Work closely with customers and consultants to define concept of operations, data models, entity relationship diagrams, application workflows, application prototypes, and system specifications in an enterprise environment

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The candidate should have:
Secondary school certificate/Trade certificate

Minimum 6 to 8 years experience as a Rigger in a large power plant, utility, petrochemical, refinery plant or with a large maintenance or erection contracting company. Shall possess good knowledge of rigging practices, like assembly, turning over, and reassembly of heavy precision components of large industrial Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, high pressure heater etc., during overhaul or major inspection. Should have adequate experiences in carrying out above works in Steam/Gas Turbines/vertical pumps /High-pressure boilers etc. Shall have adequate knowledge in crane operation control during rigging, safe crane signals, capacity calculation of rigging items like cranes, slings, hoists, jacks, lifting belts, chain blocks etc. He should have adequate experience in inspecting and servicing of these items. He must have all the knowledge of slinging methods, test method of slings, wire ropes, lifting belt, etc. Knowledge of Experience in building scaffolding will be added advantages. Shall have good knowledge of safety standards and practices.

Should know the insulation technique of large steam turbines, gas turbines, heaters, steam pipes and valves etc.He shall able to fabricate and make the insulation bag suit to the requirements. Shall have good knowledge of insulation material and best practices of its applications according to temperatures zone. Shall have good knowledge of safety standards of insulation and shall responsible of storage and cleanliness of work area at application. Must able to read and write English language. Knowledge of fabrication will be an added advantage.

Must have knowledge of all kinds of precision tools, tackles and their storage requirements. Able to keep records of all the incoming and outgoing of general tools, machine tools, safety tools, general maintenance items. Should have basic computer knowledge and can generate weekly/monthly reports as per requirements. Having workshop equipments knowledge will be added advantages.

Can able to do any kind of modification, addition to the existing plant structures. Shall be able to read and write English and able to generate and draw fabrication drawings will be additional advantages.

Minimum a 5 years practical experience in pipe fabrication or boiler tube setting in construction or maintenance in large power plant or similar industry. Should be capable to read and understand the isometric and P&I drawing. Should have good knowledge of pipe, valves and fitting materials. Can able to make all kind of pipes fitment as per requirement. Able to read and write English. Shall have good practices of safety standards. Knowledge of rigging will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The candidate should have:
Secondary School certificate.
At least 5 years experience in large power plant or similar plant as an oiler /Greaser. Responsible for lubrication of all equipments/Machinery in the power station as per established schedules and manufactures recommendation. Should have adequate knowledge of lubricants and grease and their use. Lube replacement, top up and inspection of lubricants and reporting abnormal conditions to supervisor. Maintain lubrication records and account for lubricants during purchasing, stocking and use. Collect oil from stores transport to site and arrange for disposal of used/contaminated lubricants as directed. Ensure good house keeping in the area. Keep tools and equipment used for lubrication in good condition. Follow safety clearances and permit to work. Should be able to read and write English. Experience in mechanical maintenance work is added advantage.

Minimum 8 to 10 years experience as a high-pressure welder in large power plants/ fertilizer or petrochemical plants. He should be able to the welding in 6G position and able to carry out X-ray welding joints in alloy steel/stainless steel/and carbon steel pipes and plates. Should have good knowledge of all the welding methods, material selection, selection of welding rods etc. Should have knowledge of various type of welding m/c including plasma, arc and argon, gas cutting, arc gouging etc. He should pass every six-month x-ray welding test under various positions. Knowledge of PVC and HDPE welding will be added advantages. Should hold valid certificate to weld alloy steel pipes and boiler tubes.
