Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of agreements and contracts, more specifically those related to Independent Water and Power producers (IWPP) such as power and water purchase agreements, electricity interconnection agreements, on sale agreements , share holders agreement, equity bridge agreements, share pledge agreements and EPC contracts.

Participating in the negotiation, drafting and reviewing of corporate and project financing and loan facilities documentations.

Undertaking research and preparing studies on legal matters affecting the policies and interests of the company or pertaining to the company's contractual rights and obligations and legal relationship with third parties.

Fluency in written & spoken English is a must.
