Looking to employ a young, enterprising and high caliber person in the Treasury Sector, Finance Group of a corporate Power Utility Company.
The job responsibility shall be the following but not limited to; providing assistance in the financial dealings of the company with local and international banks, Assist in credit rating of the Banks, assist in arranging syndicate loans, project financing from consortium of banks, interacting with Arrangers, Facility Agents and Lawyers, review and interpretation of Debt Service & Loan Agreement clauses, monitor and report the various loan accounts, arranging overdraft facility with the banks, assist in the investment activities of the company, assess investment limit for each banks, prepare cash flow reports and projections, budgeting and forecasting, prepare financial model, provide write-ups and presentation to the management etc. QUALIFICATION Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent, A Fellow or Associate from Institute of Chartered Accountants. EXPEIENCE Minimum 5 years experience in the corporate banking sector or any other financial institutions or corporate companies. Any insurance qualification or experience within the insurance industry would be an added advantage. ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENT Strong leadership in management, Computer system skill, MS-Office, Presentation ability etc. Experience in any Financial Accounting Package would be an added advantage.
