We are a solutions company, taking on turnkey projects, providing end-to-end solutions related to Information Technology. We also provide consulting, staffing and outsourcing solutions.

We have software development centers in Fremont, CA and Hyderabad, India totalling to 65,000 sq.ft. of office space, with state of the art infrastructure. We are a ISO 9001 company.

Some of the practice areas are banking, insurance, healthcare, financial, government and utilities.

We provide staffing solutions in the areas of e-commerce, ERP, EAI, supply chain management, CRM, Networking, Embedded systems and other technology areas.

We are in need of following IT human resource requirements :

Job Details:

	Minimum 3+ yrs of overall systems project experience (System programs on mainframe or codes at the system level - lower level of the system than at the application level)
	2+ years hands on mainframe assembler coding experience
	Strong assembler testing and debugging skills and project experience
	Very strong systems skills in MVS, CICS, VSAM
	Good expertise in DB2 at systems level programming
	Dump reading skills including hands-on experience with IPIC, in a system product context, SMP/E skills, including packaging using SMP/E
	Familiarity with C and C++, preferably with project experience

Job Description :

	Provides senior level technical expertise on corporate information systems projects and develops related strategies and plans for our clients.
	Determines the feasibility of projects and provides technical leadership to our team in responding to the RFPs for which we wish to bid. Will perform the role of techno-sales engineer, project consulting, support and IS planning and development. Executes projects and mentors project leaders.

Desired Profile :

	Technical and domain experience should include databases, web enabling legacy systems, ERP, web based enterprise solutions and EAI.
	Expertise in any two or more domain areas is a must. Experience in winning open bid projects from Fortune 1000 companies, federal projects and other government customers. Experience in developing winning proposals/bids (on behalf of IT solutions providers or systems integrators) for strategic, global, corporate and business functions to implement information technology solutions Experience in consulting with clients to articulate a technology strategy, roadmap, direction and plans for implementing information technology solutions.
	A good understanding of data and process modeling, design and architecture to lead systems development projects. Hands on experience in various computer technologies, systems and applications to integrate with enterprise business applications. Deep knowledge in information processing standards. A good overview of outsourcing and sales cycles involved in outsourcing. Ability to develop a delivery strategy for project implementation. Passion for quality, operational excellence, business processes and best practices. Excellent people and project management skills.
	Other attributes include analytical skills, customer relations, problem solving, leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. You would be a graduate or masters in information technology, and acquired several years of related experience in designing, planning and developing information resource architecture. Must be willing to travel and flexible to work any schedules that best fit the needs at the time.
