|
As a Program Manager you will be the single point of contact between the client and the Wipro development team. Your responsibilities include the following: 1. Plan and manage the entire project . 2. Monitor progress of the project as per stipulated milestones. 3. Co-ordinate between onsite & offshore teams. 4. Identify and allocation of suitable resources to the project 5. Report project status to Project Steering Committee and Ensure on-time /on-budget deliverables. 6. Ensure quality standards of the project deliverables. 7. Resolve issues & escalate,wherever required. Manage risks / scope & issues relating to the project and maintain good client relationship. |

You will have past experience in Program management, with Overall IT experience of about 10-15 yrs. IT implementation experience in Mainframes in the Financial Solutions market is desired. You should have managed atleast 2 full cycle projects with a team size of 10-20 people. You should have strong communication skills, and client management capabilities. Skills and Job Requirements : You will be responsible for the Program Management for large financial services clients. Knowledge of the off shore IT solutions delivery model is an added advantage.
