(1) Sourcing candidates for vacancies notified to MELCO's by clients using Melco's massive computerised People Database, Website, hard copy files, vacancy bulletins, advertising and head-hunting techniques.
(2) Liaison with both clients and candidates, interviewing suitable candidates, checking references and qualifications in accordance with Melco's TQMS.
(3) Preparing submission to clients, arranging interviews and negotiating assignment or employment terms and conditions.
(4) Identification of new business leads and development of new business.

In order to conduct Trade-Test for Welders (TIG & SMAW 6G-Uphill/Downhill position), QA/QC Engineerings (ISO 9000 and 9002 accredited), Welding Inspectors (AWS/CSWIP), Plant Inspectors (Multi-discipline NDT) and other specialized categories of manpower, we use the services of the following International Inspection agencies:
