Experience: Two to Five years of experience. Technical: Demonstrated experience in Analysis and design using Object Oriented methodologies. Good planning, scheduling, tracking and analytical skills. Thorough Process person. Soft Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of highly charged software developers. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good time and people management skills. Desirable: Exposure to project management with emphasis on project estimation, risk management. Knowledge of Design Patterns. |
